This is where it actually happens during 2008. In the process of serving clients in accordance with the principles of Microjustice, experience is gathered about their needs, the best practices of delivering legal services that suit their needs, and about ways to reach economies of scale. The Pilot Project Bolivia (under the responsibility of International Legal Alliances and Microjusticia Bolivia) has the following main tasks and deliverables (still to be developed):

  1. Developing pilot products, see Microjustice Products
  2. That will be available on a pilot website with norms and processes that are transparent to clients and facilitators. Eventually, this website is likely to become an integral part of MicrojusticeNormsandProcesses.com. The development of the template will be done on the basis of the website of Microjustice Bolivia. The current version of Microjusticia Bolivia and much more information on this project can be found here: [1]. The website contains information about norms and (performance of) processes. Especially, information about barriers to access to justice for the poor is shown. Transparency of this information helps people to walk paths to justice and to come to an informed choice, whenever more than one process is available. Further, the information helps Microjustice Facilitators to develop microjustice.
  3. Developing a pilot network of Microjustice Facilitators, and a Business Case for Microjustice Facilitators, based on the economic reality in Bolivia (models, prices accessible for the people), etc.
  4. Developing a Handbook that documents the process of setting up a Microjustice program, lists the experiences during the product development that will be a building block for the Template Microjustice Program .

One of the planned activities is the drafting of a 5 year economic and Business plan for Fundación Microjusticia Bolivia.
